To shop in the US Wenger online shop, you must specify a billing address and delivery address both located in the United States

We do not currently ship orders purchased on the US site to Canada.

Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected products are displayed. As long as the cart has not been sent, you can edit your shopping cart at will. Please check before submitting your order whether you want to add more products, as this is no longer possible after your purchase.

After completing your order, it is not possible to add or remove products to/from your order. You would need to create a new shopping cart for this.

It isn't possible to change your address after order completion for that particular order. However, you can change addresses for future orders.

A cancellation on the website is not possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-800-442-2706 or via e-mail (wenger.consumer.inquiries@swissarmy.com ) so that we can check whether cancellation is possible. If your order is already in order picking a change or cancellation is not possible.

This can happen in individual cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such cases when several clients are interested in the same product at the same time and the quantity available is limited.

If you have a coupon code, you can enter the appropriate coupon code on the summary page of the cart in the bottom left. Click "Add discount/referral code", enter code in box then click "Add Discount"
